Refund policy

Returns are allowed for unworn merchandise (excluding earrings) with tags still attached within 10 days. To initiate a return during the allowed return period of 10 days following the delivery of your items for a full refund you must call/text us at 760-773-4800, or email your return request to shirley@shirleysboutique.com to receive return instructions. Returns up to $10 are FREE, returns that cost more than $10 the difference will be charged to customer. 

Please note, all items must be returned with tags attached in a new unused condition. Additionally, all international returns are subject to any applicable tariffs, customs, and or additional duty charges that are non refundable.  All returns requested after the 10 day period but before 20 days will receive store credit. After 20 days, all sales are final.
